Backtagging: Generally, yes.
Fourthwalling: Ask first.
Threadjacking: Ask first.
Offensive: Almost nothing phases me.
Spoilers: I'm good at avoiding them when I care.

IC Permissions:

Poking, prodding, annoying: Go for it!
Flirting and related things: Marco may think he's a budding Don Juan, but he's 13; please keep romance to silly awkward middle school levels. No smut, no large age gaps.
Fighting: It probably won't be much of a fair fight.
Maiming/killing: Ask first, but I'm not opposed to it.
Psychic actions: Ask first, but probably okay.

Please let me know if you do not want Marco to (badly) hit on your female-appearing character.

Marco is a walking 90s pop culture sponge and may be familiar with your character/canon as a work of fiction; I will always discuss things with you beforehand if this is likely to come up in play, but feel free to pre-empt me if this is a no-go for you.

Since he's effectively an AOL baby, Marco's network interactions are often conducted in horrible text-based chatspeak. Let me know if you want to opt-out of this, and I can just keep Marco's tags in video/audio with your character.
